Official guidelines and policies for the 4TT platform

CONTEST ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY

Age & Location Requirements

18+ ONLY. Users under 18 are prohibited from accessing the platform.
Platform reserves the right to restrict access based on jurisdiction without notice.
Users are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Account Requirements

One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.
Users must connect a supported wallet (Phantom or Solflare preferred) to participate.
Platform reserves the right to require identity verification at any time.
Account suspension or termination may occur at platform's sole discretion.

Entry Limits

Single Entry Tournaments: Maximum 1 lineup per user
Multi-Entry Tournaments: Maximum entries = 5% of tournament capacity (clearly marked)
Tournament type will be clearly indicated before entry
Platform reserves the right to modify entry limits without prior notice

CONTEST MECHANICS

Tournament Schedule

All contests begin at 12:00:01 AM UTC and end at 11:59:59 PM UTC
NO LATE ENTRIES. Registration closes at contest start time.
Lineup modifications permitted until 11:57 PM UTC on contest day
Platform may modify contest schedules for operational reasons

Lineup Requirements

Select 9 unique cryptocurrencies from the available pool
Designate 1 Captain (2.5x multiplier) and 1 Co-Captain (1.5x multiplier)
Captain and Co-Captain must be different cryptocurrencies
Each cryptocurrency may only be selected once per lineup
Incomplete lineups will not be accepted

Prize Pool Guarantees

GPP Tournaments: Guaranteed prize pools will be honored regardless of entry volume
50/50 Tournaments: Prize pool based on actual entries collected
Platform reserves the right to cancel tournaments with insufficient participation
Entry fees will be refunded for cancelled tournaments only

CoinGecko API is the official price source unless otherwise specified
Starting prices recorded at 12:00:01 AM UTC
Final prices recorded at 11:59:59 PM UTC
Platform may use alternative sources if primary source becomes unavailable

Score Calculation

Base Score: ((Final Price - Starting Price) / Starting Price) × 100
Captain Multiplier: Base score × 2.5
Co-Captain Multiplier: Base score × 1.5
Regular Selections: Base score × 1.0
Total Score: Sum of all individual cryptocurrency scores

Technical Issues

If API becomes unavailable, the last recorded price will be used
Users will be notified of any pricing irregularities when possible
Platform decisions on technical issues are final and binding
No liability for third-party API failures or data inconsistencies

PAYOUTS & SETTLEMENTS

Prize Distribution

Ties: Prize pools for tied positions are combined and split equally
Position Movement: All subsequent positions move down accordingly
Automatic Payouts: Winnings distributed to connected wallets within 24 hours
Minimum Thresholds: Small winnings may be held until minimum withdrawal amounts

Settlement Process

Final Settlement: All scores calculated within 1 hour of contest completion
Irreversible: Once settled, all results and payouts are final
Disputes: Must be submitted within 48 hours of settlement
Review Process: Platform will investigate disputes at its sole discretion

FEES & REFUNDS

Platform Fees

Tournament Entry Fee: 12% of entry amount
Breakdown: 5% to qualifying holders, 7% to platform operations
No Hidden Fees: All fees clearly displayed before entry confirmation

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds: Tournament cancellations, technical malfunctions, platform errors
Non-Eligible: Lack of participants, user error, network connectivity issues
Processing: Refunds issued within 72 hours when applicable
Platform Discretion: Final authority on all refund decisions

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Banned Behaviors

Multiple accounts or identity misrepresentation
Collusion between users or sharing of lineups
Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts
Exploitation of platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches
Any attempts to manipulate contest outcomes

Consequences

Immediate Actions: Account suspension, entry disqualification, fund forfeiture
Permanent Bans: Repeat violations or severe misconduct
Legal Action: Platform reserves right to pursue legal remedies
No Appeals: Decisions regarding prohibited activities are final

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Supported Wallets

Preferred: Phantom, Solflare
Connectivity: Users responsible for maintaining wallet connection
Network Issues: Platform not liable for user connectivity problems
Browser Compatibility: Modern browsers required; outdated versions not supported

Platform Liability

No Guarantees: Platform provided "as is" without warranties
Technical Failures: Not responsible for user-side technical issues
Data Loss: Users responsible for backing up account information
Service Interruptions: Platform may experience downtime without notice

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Support Process

Response Time: Platform will respond within 72 hours when possible
Documentation: Users must provide specific details and evidence
Investigation: Platform may take up to 14 days to investigate complex disputes

Final Authority

Platform Decisions: All rulings by 4TT platform are final and binding
No External Arbitration: Users waive rights to external dispute resolution
Settlement Authority: Platform has sole discretion in all settlement matters
Appeal Limitations: No formal appeal process for platform decisions
